We are having Tie up with sophisticated dyeing factory to ensure that the customer gets the brightest and the most accurate colors, which are double-checke d for colourfastness. The natural cotton fabric is converted into AZO free dyed fabric. Dyeing facility for fabric has a capacity of 2,000 kgs/day with sophisticated soft flow machines. |

Compacting |

Compacting machines are utilized to ensure dimensional stability in the fabric. It has (Albrecht – Germany + Ferraro – Italy) a capacity of 2,000 kgs/day. |

The Stitching units are responsible for the final conversion of knitted and woven fabric into garments.

Exclusive embroidery machines are used in marketing aesthetic designs through looping, cording, bring and sequencing. A high precision Laser cutter is being used in Appliqué work.Embroidery division is equipped with computerized 9 colour 20 head machine from Tajima, Japan. |

Printing |

The latest, fully automated printing machines are used which results in better print quality. Further, the system may be easily expanded & equipped for specific order requirements. |
